Looks like vacation got postponed again this week. Thanks Covid-19. Guess we'll have to take other tropical staycation in our nice air conditioning while we enjoy some daiquiris.
Daiquiris are an essential rum drink. When mixed correctly, they should have a nice balance of sweet to sour and oh so refreshing. The key word here, is balance. My libation preference may come off as too sour to some or too sweet to others. With a minimum of 3 ingredients, experiment with the ratios to find your perfect balance. But please, use fresh lime juice and not the stuff that comes in a bottle.
What? Your daiquiri is getting too warm because the 9th Circle of Hell has erupted outside and engulfed you in a continuous sauna? Well, chuck those ingredients into your favorite blender, throw in some ice and blend till your heart's content.
