The Kentucky Derby. The most exciting 2 minutes in sports, celebrated on the first full weekend in.....September? What?! Thank you Covid-19 for ruining yet another time honored tradition. Don't worry though, you did not interfere with our imbibing of that wonderful concoction known as the Mint Julep. But now it's September and though the inferno is still burning outside, there's just something "off" with having refreshing Mint Juleps now.
What to drink instead during the Running of the Roses? How about a few cocktails named after some of the greatest race horses? Speaking of, who's your favorite to win this year?
