To help you out, we're bringing you another simple cocktail. The hardest part about this 4 ingredient cocktail, is juicing the grapefruit. After that, shake, strain, sip and enjoy. I promise this cocktail comes together quick enough that you'll be able to enjoy your mac & cheese before your guests arrive (welcomed or not)...
His & Hers Cocktails - Cat-Like Reflexes (Cotton & Rye, Savannah, GA)
1 oz reposado tequila
1 oz Mancino Bianco Ambrato Vermouth (can sub white Vermouth, though not as complex)
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Grapefruit twist garnish
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish.
