Cancellation and Refund Policy: Orders that have yet to embark on their journey may be canceled upon request. However, once an order has set sail, cancellation is no longer an option. All patch sales are considered final. Should an error arise on my part, rest assured that I shall address the matter promptly and fairly.

Damages and Issues: Upon receipt of your order, I kindly ask you to inspect it with care. Should you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies, please reach out at your earliest convenience so that we may assess the situation and rectify it to your satisfaction.

Multiple Orders: Should you find it necessary to place additional orders before your previous one has departed, I shall gladly combine them and refund any excess. My system is equipped to track such occurrences, yet do not hesitate to drop me a line to confirm.

Printed Items (Shirts, Mugs, etc.): All printed merchandise, including shirts and mugs, is managed by a trusted third party. I do not handle these items directly. Should any issues arise with your orders, options are available to resolve them. Simply inform me, and we will chart a course to remedy the situation.
