It's been years since I've played a round of golf. I used to love getting outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and having fun with my friends. But life happens and hobbies come and go. I hate to admit it but I've even gotten rid of my golf clubs.
The Masters Tournament at Augusta kicks off on April 7. And while I have no plans to watch the event, I'm sure there are a few of you that will. So today's cocktails are 2 that are popular to imbibe on the course. While both are very refreshing, the Azalea Cocktail is the signature beverage of the Masters. The Arnold Palmer (good as both a cocktail or mocktail) is named after the legendary golfer himself.
A note on The Arnold Palmer. Yes, you read that correctly, it calls for unsweetened tea. I know this is sacrilege in the South. However, we used Chick-fil-a lemonade and a rather sweet batch at that. Sweet tea would have been overkill. But you do you and feel free to add some simple syrup if you cocktail doesn't taste balanced. His Cocktail - The Arnold Palmer
2 oz Fresh lemonade
3 oz Unsweetened tea
2 oz Vodka
Lemon wheel garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Shake until chilled. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish.

2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Shake until chilled. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
