Bill the Butcher: July 4th Morale Patch

In keeping with the fun of an annual July 4th patch, I had just re-watched Gangs of New York for the 500th time and it was clear to me that Bill the Butcher was the muse...especially the opening scene with his epic line about "laws of combat", given our current real life chaos.
